4、Stiffness: paper itself contains wood pulp fiber is one of the factors that determine the stiffness of paper.There are three main types of paper fiber: long fiber, staple fiber and recycled fiber (recycled waste paper);Corresponding raw materials are coniferous pulp, broad-leaved pulp and recycled pulp (usually expressed in an internationally accepted manner).
In general,coniferous puplp, hardwood pulp and recycled pulp produce the same type of paper,its stiffness is reduced.
The paper is quite, handle is hard, when the vibration issued a clear and loud sound;The flatness of the paper is poor, the hand is relatively soft, low voice when shaking.
5、Smoothness: This is a measure of the smoothness of the surface of the paper.Different paper smoothness has different requirements.
Printing paper (including double-sided adhesive paper, coated paper, decorative paper, etc.) can be printed and bound into books of different luster and smoothness according to actual needs.
