Air source heat pump heating design and construction guide
Chapter 1 Basic knowledge of air source heat pump
We know that water evaporates to absorb heat, and water vapor condenses to exotherm. The chiller (heat pump) is realized by the principle of "gasification endothermic, liquefaction exotherm", except that the whole process is completed by the refrigerant in a closed system. Since the low pressure steam is opened by the compressor, it is called a vapor compression refrigeration (heating) system.
The vapor compression refrigeration (heating) system is mainly composed of a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve (or a throttle valve and an evaporator) and a connecting pipe thereof, and the system is filled with a refrigerant. The working principle is The compressor compresses the low-pressure refrigerant vapor from the evaporator, turns it into a high-temperature and high-pressure vapor, and then enters the condenser. The cooling air or water cools and releases heat and condenses into a high-pressure liquid, and then becomes a low pressure after being throttled by the expansion valve. The low-temperature liquid enters the evaporator to absorb heat and vaporize. Then it enters the compressor again and continues to the next cycle. The equipment that uses the evaporator to obtain the cooling capacity is the refrigerator; the equipment that uses the condenser to obtain the heat is the heat pump.
