The air to water heater is composed of an outdoor unit and an insulated water tank. The outdoor unit is called the air to water heater unit. The air to water heater is mainly used for heating water, increasing the heat exchange area of evaporator and heat exchanger, and adopting the compressor system that can withstand high temperature and high pressure.
1. The air source heat pump water heater often check the unit's power supply and electrical system wiring is strong, electrical components whether there is abnormal action, if there should be timely maintenance and replacement.
2.The waterway filter installed outside the machine should be cleaned regularly to ensure the water quality in the system is clean, so as to avoid damage to the main machine caused by the filter fouling.
3.Do not pile up sundries around the unit to avoid blocking the air inlet and outlet. The unit should be kept clean and dry with good ventilation.
4.Check whether the water pump and waterway valve are working normally and whether the water pipe and water pipe joints are leaking.
5.Often check the unit's various parts of the work, to ensure that the unit refrigerant no leakage.
6.If the shutdown time is long, drain the water in the pipeline of the unit, cut off the power supply and put a protective cover on it.When running again, check the system thoroughly before starting up.
7.When the actual outlet temperature of the air source heat pump water heater is inconsistent with the value displayed on the control panel of the unit, please check whether the temperature sensing device is in good contact.
The water tank shall be cleaned with scale after a period of use.(generally 3 months, depending on local water quality)
