Last month,Lisa from USA send en email to us to inquiry about the aluminum samples,after we get the email,the team from Industrial man gave a fast feedback to Lisa.During this communication,,there is some details is not clear and need to discuss,
1.Quantity:as different quantity,different cost
2.Surface treatment:we can do different surface treatment on aluminum parts,just llike:anodized.powder coated;paiting;high polished
3.3D files：normally，we can open the files if you can send the format:igs/stp/step/igs etc
4.Delivery time:it is pretty urgent or not?
After we got all the details from Lisa,we gave the quotation to Lisa,and she was satisfied with our cost and our fast feedback.however,about the delivery date,Lisa gave us a feedback is that:this order is quite urgent for their design team,if we can not send out the package before the end of October,she will consider cancel the order,after discuss with our production manager,if we manager the time properly,it should be no problem.after agreement with lisa.We start the project on time and ship out the package on time.
