air source heat pump water heater

At present, the most commonly used vapor compression heat pump, compressor, evaporator, condenser and throttle valve are the main four parts, and other auxiliary parts include fan, four-way valve, liquid storage tank, gas-liquid separator, copper pipe, protector and electric control part to ensure the normal operation of the machine, etc. The direct heat model also includes a water flow regulating valve.

Compared with the air conditioner, in the range of ambient temperature from - 10 ℃ to 45 ℃, the air conditioner uses two operation modes of heating and cooling to complete the real-time function, while the air source heat pump water heater uses one operation mode of heating to adapt to the change of ambient temperature, so the environment that the heat pump water heater needs to adapt to is worse.

Product structure of air source

Compressor: the compressor is one of the important parts of the heat pump unit, its quality is directly related to the thermal efficiency of the whole machine. The function of the compressor in the heat pump system is to upgrade the refrigerant working medium steam from low pressure to high pressure, which not only makes the working medium evaporate and absorb the heat in the air under the low pressure (air inlet), but also heats the water supply continuously through the heat exchange source at the high pressure end The compressor is the power center of the system.

Commonly used compressors include piston type, rotor type, scroll type, screw type, etc. In the industry, 1-2 domestic machines are generally rotor type, while 3-20 commercial machines are scroll type. Screw type is mainly used for larger refrigeration and heating units.

Condenser: condenser is one of the main heat exchange equipment in heat pump water heater. In the normal operation of the system, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant liquid emits heat in the condenser and is absorbed by water to realize the heat exchange between the refrigerant and water. The water absorbs heat and the temperature rises. The refrigerant changes from the high-temperature and high-pressure liquid to the low-temperature and high-pressure liquid in the condenser, which is also the reason why the heat pump can produce hot water.

Evaporator and condenser are relative. In short, regardless of the form and structure, we are used to call the heat released during normal operation as condenser, and the heat absorbed as evaporator. When air source heat pump works in defrosting state, the function of evaporator and condenser is reversed.
