Advantages of triple supply: only one main engine is needed, and air can triple supply refrigeration, heating and domestic hot water. Under the refrigeration + hot water operation mode, all condensation heat can be recycled, with high comprehensive energy efficiency ratio. The initial investment and operation cost is more than 10% more than that of the traditional air conditioning + water heater. In summer, when the refrigeration mode is turned on, all the heat originally discharged into the environment is recovered through the total heat recovery technology, which is used to heat the domestic hot water to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
Disadvantages of triple supply: due to different water quality in different regions, the bath water heat exchanger flows into new water every day, which requires high corrosion resistance of the heat exchanger. Many triple supply units are penetrated by corrosion of the bath water heat exchanger, resulting in water entering the fluorine road system, resulting in the waste of the whole air conditioning unit. If we want to put an end to the problem of erosion and wear as far as possible, the condensation temperature will increase by about 5 ℃ when the bath hot water is used as the secondary heat exchange system, which will aggravate the decrease of COP value, so it is not worth the loss.
In addition, after the market test, whether the use effect or the stability of the later system, the triple supply products are far less than the dual supply.
1. Air cooled heat pump
The air-cooled heat pump is one or more main engines connected in parallel, and connected to the air conditioning end of the whole building through water pump and water pipe; it is mainly composed of air-cooled heat pump main engine, expansion water tank, water pump, water treatment device, water filter, pipeline valve, air conditioning end and other parts.
As the heat and cold source of the central air conditioning, the air-cooled heat pump cold and hot water unit has the advantages of one machine and two uses. At least a four-way reversing valve is added in the unit, which can switch the refrigeration and heating conditions and improve the utilization rate of the unit. When cooling, the condenser adopts air cooling, which eliminates the cooling water system needed by the water-cooled chiller; when heating, the heat pump operation mode is used.
In summer, the unit is in refrigeration state, and the refrigerant flow is as follows:
High temperature and high pressure gas at the outlet of compressor → four-way reversing valve → high pressure supercooled liquid of fin heat exchanger → one-way valve 1 → liquid storage tank dry filter → sight glass → low temperature and low pressure liquid of expansion valve → one-way valve 4 → low temperature and low pressure gas of evaporator → four-way reversing valve → gas-liquid separator → suction port of compressor.
