3. Fan coil must be equipped with two-way valve
Because there is no two-way ball valve, some rooms will feel cold air coming out of the tuyere when they are not in use air source heat pump, and the power consumption of the system will be slightly larger. According to this experience, two-way ball valves are added to the later projects, which are installed at the outlet of fan coil. In the whole system, if there are five or six air disks, at least one air disk should be equipped with a three-way ball valve. Because if the two-way ball valve is used, when the user uses less air disk and only opens one or two, the resistance of water in the system is very large, which is easy to cause pipeline vibration and generate noise.
4. Try to use shielded pump or multistage centrifugal pump
It is very important to select the type of air source heat pump water heater for the two unit water supply system installed at home. Generally, it is recommended to adopt the one-time closed system for the two unit water supply system installed at home. Because the pressure of each point of the one-time closed system is equal, it is unnecessary to consider. The drop of the water pipe only considers the main force of the elbow and length of the pipe, so the booster pump can be used instead of shield pump or multi-stage centrifugal pump.
According to the experience in the early stage of installation, because the power of booster pump is relatively large and the noise is relatively large, the water resistance of main engine is about 4m, the water resistance of fan coil is about 3.5-4m, and the resistance of pipeline elbow and water pipe along the way is about 3M. Considering that the Y-shaped filter is slightly blocked due to pipe scaling or dirt in the later stage, it is recommended to select the water pump The pump with a lift of about 15m and a flow of 3m3 / h shall be selected.
5. All pipelines must be insulated
Whether we are in the process of home installation of two-way water supply system or hot water project, the indoor pipes, especially the pipes in the ceiling layer, must be insulated, especially the two-way water supply system. The condensate drain pipe shall be insulated cotton and bound with tape to prevent leakage of condensate.
