(formerly Foshan Shunde Bangli Building Materials Co., Ltd.) is located in the National High-tech Zone of Zhaoqing (Dawang), which is an important base for industrial transfer in the Pearl River Delta.It is only half an hour from Guangzhou Baiyun Airport. The logistics and transportation are very convenient.
Bnagli occupies an area of 80,000 square meters and has more than ten sets of production equipments such as advanced automatic aluminum-plastic composite production line, aluminum coil pre-rolling production line, aluminum veneer production line, aluminum honeycomb composite production line and fluorocarbon coating production line. The annual production of aluminum-plastic composite panels is 1 million square meters, pre-rolled aluminum coils are 30,000 tons, aluminum veneers are 600,000 square meters, and aluminum honeycomb panels are 500,000 square meters.
Bnagli also focuses on the establishment of a quality management system and has passed the IS09001 international quality management system certification. All products are also regularly tested at the National Building Materials Supervision and Inspection Center, which can meet the requirements of national standards. In addition, Bangli has a complete quality inspection mechanism for each product in the production process to ensure that the product can meet the standard requirements, so that customers can use it with confidence.
During the construction of the third phase of the project, Bangli introduced five internationally advanced computerized CNC continuous high-temperature aluminum-plastic composite production lines from abroad. The aluminum composite panels we produced have flat shape, moderate temperature, weather resistance, corrosion resistance and fire resistance. All quality and performance can be tested by the National Building Materials Testing Center. The roller-coated pattern (wood grain, marble grain) aluminum-plastic panel produced by our company was patented in February 2005 and won the “National Science and Technology Achievement Progress Award-etc.” and “The 5th National Patent Technology Invention Award Second Prize”.
Bangli's fluorocarbon coating production line is a world-class computer numerically controlled fully enclosed continuous automatic production line built by introducing advanced foreign technology. The production line has a total length of nearly 430 meters and an annual spraying capacity of 650,000 square meters. The production line strictly follows ASTM specifications and is transported by hanging chain. The water curtain spray booth is equipped with three sets of CNC electrostatic spray gun systems from Ransburg, Japan. The drying tunnel is heated by American Eclipse brand proportional combustion system. The whole production line is equipped with online detection system of British Sheen brand temperature tracker and Japan Minolta colorimeter. The production line is highly automated and reaches the international first-class level.
