Selection of Materials
1. Weather-resistant sealant shall be neutral silicone type. Its performance shall comply with the provisions of the current national standard silicone building sealant (GB / T14683).
2. The silicone structural sealant shall be a neutral silicone structural sealant, and its performance shall comply with the current national standard silicone structural sealant for building (GB 16776).
3. Before the use of silicone structural sealant, the compatibility and peel adhesion test of the materials in contact with it shall be carried out by the testing agency approved by the state.
4. Aluminum alloy profiles shall be selected for the reinforced frame, rib, corner code and other materials of the aluminum composite material panel.
Structural Requirements
1. Connector

3) When corner code and column are made of different metal materials, insulating gasket shall be used for separation or other effective measures shall be taken to prevent bi-metal corrosion.
4) When corner code and column are made of different metal materials, insulating gasket shall be used for separation or other effective measures shall be taken to prevent bi-metal corrosion.
2. Beams
1) When the span of the aluminum alloy beam is not more than 1.2m, the thickness of the effective stress part of profile section shall not be less than 2.0mm; when the span of beam is more than 1.2m, the thickness of effective stress part of the section shall not be less than 2.5mm. When the hole wall of the aluminum alloy profile is directly connected with the screw by thread stress, the local section thickness shall not be less than the nominal diameter of the screw
2) When the crossbeam is set continuously, the length of each section should not be more than 10 m, and the gap between the two sections should be left, and the gap width should not be less than 10 mm
3) The cross beam can be connected with the column through corner codes, screws or bolts. The thickness of angle aluminum alloy should not be less than 3mm;
3. Column
1) The thickness of the opening part of the section of the aluminum alloy profile shall not be less than 3.0mm, and the thickness of the closed part shall not be less than 2.5mm; when the hole wall of the aluminum alloy profile is directly connected with the screw by thread stress, the local thickness shall not be less than the nominal diameter of the screw;
2) The thickness of the effective stress part of the hot rolled steel section shall not be less than 3.0mm; the thickness of the effective stress part of the cold-formed thin-walled steel section shall not be less than 2.5mm, not less than 2.0mm;
3) The column should be connected with the main structure by bolts. The number of connecting bolts at each stressed connection part should not be less than 2, and the diameter of connecting bolts should not be less than 10 mm
