Installation
1. The motor is generally installed indoors in a clean and dry place. The surroundings must be well ventilated. The maximum ambient air temperature should not exceed 40 ° C, and the minimum temperature should not be lower than -15 ° C. It should prevent strong heat radiation.
2. Connect the power cable terminal according to the wiring diagram. The connection of the power cable should be fastened. The motor with the outgoing cable and wire can be directly connected to the power cable. The joint should be insulated and sealed.
3. When the power line, phase sequence and electric rough wire terminal are connected correspondingly, the motor rotates clockwise from the shaft extension. When you need to change the steering, you can change the wiring position of the two power cables.
4. YD series and other variable-speed multi-speed asynchronous motors use the method of changing lead-out wires to control the speed change. In order to ensure the reliability of multi-speed motors, attention should be paid to the design and operation of the control device when switching from high speed to low speed. , The neutral point of 2Y wiring must be disconnected at the same time as the power is cut off, so as not to cause a short circuit when the low-speed winding is turned on. In the process of switching from high speed to low speed, the power of the low speed winding must be continued after the motor is stopped to reduce the impact on the motor and the load. Speed change should pay attention to the steering of the motor.
5. The motor can be equipped with a coupling, gears, belts are mechanically connected to the load. A 2-pole motor with a power of 4kw or more and a 4-pole motor with a power of 30kw or more should not be driven by a belt. The second shaft extension of a two-shaft electric motor can only use a coupling. transmission. The tightness of the coupling, the shaft hole of the pulley and the motor shaft should be appropriate, and it is strictly prohibited to hit with a heavy hammer during installation. When using coupling transmission, the centerline of the motor shaft and the centerline of the load mechanical shaft should coincide,
The coupling retains a gap of 1 to 3 mm in the axial direction. When using a belt to convey room movements, the centerline of the motor shaft should be parallel to the centerline of the load mechanical shaft, and the belt centerline and the shaft centerline should be perpendicular to each other.
Third, grounding
The motor must be reliably grounded. The grounding method and grounding resistance should comply with the electrical safety management regulations such as the "Grounding Design Specifications for Industrial and Civil Power Equipment" and "Factory Power Design Technical Specifications." The grounding resistance is less than 4Ω.
Fourth, start
1. After closing, the motor should start immediately, reach normal speed and run smoothly, otherwise the skin will immediately cut off the power, check and eliminate the fault.
2. After starting, pay attention to observe the motor drive, load machinery, voltmeter and ammeter. If there is any abnormal phenomenon, stop the machine immediately.
3. The continuous start of the motor under no load generally does not exceed 4 times. After running to the hot state, the continuous start must not exceed 2 times, otherwise it is easy to burn out the motor.
4. According to the grid capacity, load size and motor power, etc., the starting method is reasonably selected. The higher power motors should be started using a triangular method or a step-down method.
Five, run
1. The deviation between the power supply voltage and the rated voltage does not exceed ± 5%, and the unbalance of the three-phase voltage does not exceed 1.5%.
2. The running current of the motor must not exceed the rated current on the nameplate, and the unbalance amount of the three-phase current does not exceed 80%, otherwise the motor will heat up or even burn out.
3. The surface temperature of the motor casing measured with a thermometer should not exceed 80 ° C, and the temperature of the bearing should not exceed 95 ° C.
4. The motor should always be kept clean, dry and well ventilated, and the air inlet and air outlet must be kept clear.
5. Smoke, violent vibration, abnormal sound, special odor, and speed decrease obviously during operation of the motor; load equipment fails; power should be shut down immediately when an electric shock occurs.
Six, bearing lubrication
1. The motor bearings should be well lubricated. Generally, after 3000-5000 hours of operation, the machine should be stopped for maintenance and replenished or replaced with grease. The grease grade is ZL-3 lithium-based grease.
2. Before using the motor for more than two years after storage or decommissioning, check the bearing lubrication condition, and add or replace the grease if necessary.
3. Sealed bearings for frame size motors with a center height of 132 and below, and frame size motors with a center height of 160 and above generally use unsealed bearings. The sealed bearings do not need to be replaced with grease during the use of the motor. Non-sealed bearings should be replaced with clean grease on a regular basis. The grease should be filled in an appropriate amount. Generally, 1 / 3-1 / 2 of the cavity between the inner and outer rings of the bearing is filled. The motor with a grease injection device can be filled with the grease gun 3-4 times. Before the filling, open the bearing cover. The drain hole or cover plate at the bottom. After the motor is running for 20 minutes, close the drain hole or cover plate. When removing the screw plug or cover plate of the discharge hole, power off and shut down.
Seven, transportation and storage
During transportation, the motor should be protected from moisture, the shaft extension should not bump, and the parts should not be damaged. The storage place should be kept clean, dry, ventilated, free of corrosive gases, and avoid rapid changes in ambient temperature.

Nine, maintenance and repair
When maintaining and repairing the motor, pay attention to environmental protection, so that the maintenance site is free from pollution, and the motor coil must not be removed by burning. For motors that have been used for more than one year, pay attention to check the oil seals, shaft seal rings on the outer side of the motor end cover, the rubber seals such as the terminal box seat and the sealing ring on the terminal box cover for cracks, deformation, severe wear, etc. Replace the parts that can not reach the sealing performance and requirements in time.
