1. 2. Install the main keel suspender: after snapping the ceiling elevation horizontal line and keel position line, determine the elevation of the lower end of the suspender, install the pre-processed suspender, and fix the suspender on the ceiling with the diameter 8 expansion bolt. The diameter of the suspender is 8 round steel, and the spacing of suspender is controlled within 1200mm.

4. Install side keel: fix 25x25m paint keel with cement nails around the wall according to the requirements of ceiling clear height, and the spacing between cement nails shall not be greater than 300mm
5. Installation of the secondary keel: according to the specification and size of the aluminum ceiling, install the secondary keel matched with the board, and the secondary keel is hung on the main keel by hanging parts. When the length of the secondary keel needs to be extended by several pieces, use the connecting piece of the secondary keel. While hanging the secondary keel, connect the opposite ends, straighten them first and then fix them.

6. Installation of metal plate: during the installation of an aluminum ceiling, a reference line shall be drawn perpendicular to the direction of the secondary keel in the middle of the assembly area, and the reference line shall be aligned for installation on both sides. During installation, handle with care. Press both sides of the square plate in the sequence of flanging parts, and then push it tight after it is clamped into the keel.
7. Cleaning: after the installation of aluminum ceiling, the board surface shall be wiped clean with a cloth, and there shall be no dirt, fingerprints, etc.
