It is found that the capacity is lost, so it is judged that the capacitance is damaged. After replacing the new capacitor, the unit works normally. Solution: replace the new capacitor.
2. Fault response: a user reports that the user's unit has high temperature of fault. On site situation: after our maintenance personnel came to the site for maintenance, they found that the unit had a fault high temperature when the hot water was heated to 50 °, i.e. the exhaust gas was too high to alarm. Fault analysis: according to the field situation, the high temperature alarm of the unit occurs when the hot water is heated to 50 ° and the high temperature alarm caused by the dirty pipeline is eliminated; the detection probe is connected normally and the temperature display is normal, and the probe problem is eliminated; the temperature probe of the water tank is inspected and it is found that it is not placed to the end, so it is judged that the water temperature is not detected by the unit because the temperature probe of the water tank is not placed in place Correct (on the low side). When the water in the water tank is heated to the upper limit temperature, it will continue to be heated, causing a high temperature alarm. Solution: put the temperature probe to the bottom, fix it, and the unit will operate normally.
