On March 25, the 2019 NBC’s ‘Honesty the Winning Strategy – National Supply Chain Forum’ was successful held at Le Meridien Zhongshan, Guangdong. Aiming at creating a win-win business situation and strengthening the working relation, NBC has working towards a sustainable strategy with our clients, ensuring both demand and supply are parallelly met. Fan Zhanhua, CEO of NBC together with a number of executives attended the forum, welcoming all the representatives of the suppliers coming from all over the country to discuss the future business plan.

At the forum, CEO of NBC Fan Zhanhua gave a speech titled ‘Energetic & innovative – the new business win-win strategy’, looking back the achievement of NBC in 2018 and the future five years growth of the business. NBC will invest in the brand, capital and manufacturing line to equip ourselves for new challenges in times when consumption power is on the rise whilst a new wave of China-made is growing.
Energetic, innovative and strategical, NBC has continued working closely with suppliers in developing material, formula, technique and types to creating a safe, transparent and highly efficient working environment. Such upgrades accelerate the already high volume of production power to another level which enables us to provide more stocks to suppliers to achieve a win-win situation, whilst reaching out to the international markets.
Depart from the past, the suppliers’ zone created an ‘Innovative Products showcase’ where 17 suppliers presented the latest products and services. They showcased the most advanced technology and products to allow industry players to experience what best the market could offer, and deepen the understanding of the buyers on the latest development of the market. Other suppliers sat up innovation class that explained to NBC’s executive team about the products and services so that an one-on-one exchange create more opportunities for the future.
The Innovation Day brought a new experience to the forum, yet the products showcases and other dynamic activities realized the innovative spirit that NBC has in acquiring new market share together with the suppliers. A better platform is thus created the explore future opportunities in creating better products and advanced technology.

As merchandising was one of the focuses of the forum, Fan Yi, merchandising manager of NBC gave a review on 2018 merchandising report and the strategy of 2019. In 2019, the volume of merchandise will be based on the increasing rate of sale volume, creating breakthroughs in costs, deliveries and innovations. At the same time, NBC will work closely with suppliers in every stage of the merchandising, ensuring a smooth procedure, excellent quality to add value to the products.

Following the sharing of Fan Yi, the vice CEO and director of research of NBC Qiu Xiaofeng opened a dialogue on introducing innovative material as to explain to suppliers who were yet to learn about the technology NBC has introduced, whilst encouraging supplies to take on new material. Introducing new material is key to merchandising for positive drives to research, manufacturing and sales.

As quality over quantity, with careful monitoring the quality of products, it is the fundamental to win bigger market share. Chen Biwen, manager of Quality Control of NBC, explained at the 2019 Focuses of Quality Control for Suppliers and 2018 Quality Control Over Material Review that it is important for suppliers continue to maintain the best quality of material and packaging, as these would ensure a solid anchor to establish the international market.

At the forum, NBC awarded the Best Service Award and Best Quality Award to suppliers, encouraging them to continue their best efforts in innovation whilst creating a win-win situation for both.

Strengthening the collaboration with suppliers are an important strategy for NBC moving forward. At the forum, NBC signed strategic agreement with suppliers to establish a new platform for product innovation, marketing promotion and technology development. These will greatly enhance the efficiency of production, creating a bigger value for the business.

Advocating integrity is top priority in establishing partnership between NBC and suppliers. NBC insists in creating a system which celebrate ‘transparency, fair competition, business equality and trust’, is highly recognized by suppliers. Anti-corruption commissioner and manager of the legal department Feng Liu declared the 2019 Business Integrity that a stress on regulating the merchandising system of NBC, preventing any possible bribery but to establish honesty and integrity when doing business with clients.

Closer to the end of the forum, a banquet was ready to thanks all parties attending NBC’s event and was ended with laughters and cheers. With all the suppliers attending the forums making it a great success, NBC was happy to strengthen the partnerships with them. At the same time, NBC revealed it’s ability in innovating technology and high quality assurance. Furthermore, the forum allowed NBC established a strong bond with suppliers in resource supply, fiber and soft packaging, enhancing operation efficiency, innovative technology and quality assurance for both us and suppliers, creating a win-win situation in the market.
