According to the requirements, the workers set the value then put the ply-wood plate into the CNC ELECTRONIC CUTTING SAW to realize the automation of plate cutting.✂✂✂
Put the sealing sideband and the plate which has cut into the HIGH SPEED EDGE BANDING MACHINE, use the hot melt adhesive for automatic edge banding.
Set the values and put the plate into the NC DRILLING MACHINE in order to punching and drilling.
All the cabinets be screwed and be fitted with cell guides by the manual workers. After this, it should be cleaned and checked. With this, the bathroom cabinets is ready completion.
After cleaning and checking, the bathroom cabinets is packed in the packing and it's waiting for you.
