TY1S (B792S), B157, TE130 are used for 2JK, 2JK/A, 2JK/E single-rope double cylinder series hoist.
TY1D (B792D), B159, TE131 are used for JKM-C, JKMD-C, JKMD-A, JKMD-A, JKMD-E, JKMD-E tower-type and floor type multi-rope hoist of JK, JK/A, JK/E single-rope single-barrel series.
Hydraulic delay two-stage brake hydraulic station:
TY3S (TK083S) and TE002 are used for single-rope and double-barrel series hoist (same as above).
TY3D (BTK083D) and TE003 are used for single-rope single-barrel series hoist and multi-rope series hoist (tower type and floor type) (same as above).
Functional components:The hydraulic station is composed of pump device, manifold block or valve combination, oil tank and electric box. The functions of each component are as follows

The use of hydraulic station on the gas generator has been very common, which is used for the transmission of coal feeding mechanism and ashbasin. Reasonable maintenance and maintenance should be paid attention to during the use:
1. If oil leakage and other abnormal phenomena are found in the pipeline during work, stop the machine for repair immediately.
2. In order to extend the service life of hydraulic oil, the oil temperature should be less than 65℃;Check the quality of hydraulic oil every three months, depending on the quality of hydraulic oil half a year to once a year.3. Timely observe the level of the oil level gauge in the oil tank, and replenish the required hydraulic oil in time to avoid empty of the oil pump.
4. Clean or replace the oil filter regularly.
5. Keep the working environment of the hydraulic station clean and tidy.
