Mango must be cleaned, peeled and sliced before entering the drying process. The drying quantity of mango slices is generally large. 1. Clean:The purpose is to clean the oil and dirt on the surface of mango peel.
2. Peel and slice. Pay attention to peeling clean without residue, slice size, thickness should be as uniform as possible. Make the drying speed consistent when drying.
3. The setting time of drying system is divided into 5 sections:
a. Temperature 50 ℃, temperature rise, 3 hours.
B temperature, 60 ℃, start to drain, 10 hours.
c. Temperature 62 ℃, continuous moisture removal, 10 hours.
d. The temperature is 58 ℃, and the cooling and dehumidification are started for 7 hours.
e. Temperature 55 ℃, moisture removal and consolidation, 4 hours.
