Air source heat pump drying technology

Features of Traditional drying:

For example, most of the dehydrated vegetable production still uses the traditional drying method - the drying room back fire channel heating drying method, it has several problems:

1. Drying temperature is not easy to control, resulting in uneven drying quality.

2. The drying time is too long. The traditional drying technology takes a long time to process 1 ton of vegetables. Sometimes it takes longer to rework because of poor drying effect.

3. Large energy consumption. Traditional drying technology, the thermal efficiency is low, about 30% - 60%. Among them, the heating and drying method of return fire in drying room is commonly used, and the thermal efficiency is about 40%.

4. It needs special person to take care of it, and there are risks of flammability and explosion.

Features of Heat pump drying:

1. Low drying temperature. The production process of heat pump drying technology is 38 - 52 C lower than that of traditional drying technology, that is, the heating temperature of heat pump drying technology is about 37 C.

2. Short drying time. Heat pump drying dehydrated vegetable production process, the time required is not more than 8 hours, generally from preheating to product 4 hours can be completed.

3. Good drying quality. Vegetables produced by heat pump drying process have good color and stable internal quality.

4. Low energy consumption. Because the heat pump drying process uses air circulation, the heating temperature is low, the drying time is short and the capacity is large. Therefore, heat pump drying process consumes less energy and is a good energy-saving product.

Air source heat pump drying technology has been widely used in grain, medicinal materials, dried fruit, preserved pulp, wood, aquatic products, tobacco, tea and industrial drying links. This field has become another market growth point of air source heat pump.
