When you want to make an order, will you want to see sample first? You may ask the question that how can I get a sample, here we will get the FAQS about the sampling.
Question 1 : Can i ask for sample? How much?
A: of course, all the items are welcome for sample, factory will provide sample by free with factory existing mould; if it is a new design, then will need to make mould, the mould charge will depend on design.
Question 2: how can I get the sample?
A: if you want a sample, factory need to make quotation first, after the clients see the price and accept it, then factory will send a sample, it can be send via express, such as DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS, about 4-6 days on the way.
Question 3: can I do my own design?
A: yes, for factory mould, in some blank item which have enough position can make print or laser engraved logo on, it is cheap and fast. For new design, then need to open a new mould for it.
Question 4: what kind of logo effective can I do?
A: most items can do laser engrave and silk screen print logo, and it can do embossed logo, debossed, hot press, gold / silver foil, epoxy sticker and soft enamel fill too. All logo depend on your requirement, will suggest a reasonable on the one you like.
Question 5: what kind of plating for metal products
A: there are many coating for metal, silver(shiny nickel and matt nickel), gold color, bronze, antique plating and so on.
Question 6: how long can I get the sample before making order?
A: for factory stock items, it can be provided in 2-3 days; but for custom items which need to make some logo or open mould, it will about 10-12 days after the design artwork confirm and settle payment!
Question 7: If I only have an idea, can you do design for me?
A: of course, factory have designers to making artwork, if you can tell us what you want, then you will see a 3D artwork for it.
Question 8: what file of logo do you need for make design?
A: it is better with vector format as CRD, AI and PS, some simple logo for JPG file is OK too.
