Quality comes first is included in the tenet of Xiamen Globe Truth (GT) Industries Co., Ltd. during the development of the company. This explains why we highlight the importance of quality control so much. We enroll a certain number of QC personnel each year, which takes up a large proportion of the total employees in the factory. They are mainly in charge of the incoming material inspection, semi-product checking and so on. The unqualified product will be removed from the product line by the QC personnel to ensure a high pass rate.
