To complete the entire process, one must define a good metal ball.
To some of our clients, they want flawless stainless steel hollow balls even without a hint of scratch in the beginning. Honestly speaking, scratch is inevitable in handicrafts like these balls. To make a stainless steel ball, a plane stainless steel sheet will be cut, welded, shaped, molded, polished and refined, mostly by hand. As you could see, there are many variables that could affect a ball’s quality. Perfect polish on the surface is nearly improbable. Thus, one must be fully aware before purchasing.
Usually, we will specify the conditions of stainless steel balls to our clients-a quality metal ball is in fact a good polished hollow sphere and never too light. Only thicker balls are stronger and more durable. Quality metal balls of 304/316 stainless steel could last decades and require less extra care.
In this case, DY intends to offer the most competitive stainless steel ball at a favorable price. Unlike those make likely-unrealistic promises, we always stick to our principles in compliance with our real-life product quality and customer demand.:)
