1. V groove skin shell, half cut inside box
Manufacturing size calculation:
V groove shell, Head board height and back board height are different.
Head board H+=back board H+-a-0.05mm.
Shell back board H+=inside box H+3a+4t
Shell top cover L+= shell bottom board L+=inside box L +2a+6mm; If the guest request both sides to be level,not need to add 6mm, the length for bottom and top cover are the same as the head board and back board.
Shell top cover W+=bottom board W+=inside box W+4a+4t
2. V groove skin shell, V groove inside box

Comments:
1. Manufacturing size (die cutter): Length(L),Width(W),Height(H), outside box use symbol "+".
2. Inside size: Length(L1),Width(W1),Height(H1), outside box use symbol"+".
3. Outter size: Length(L0),Width(W0),Height(H0), outside box use symbol "+".
If the paperboard and surface paper are too thick, Or paper surface is not film laminated, elongation under the influence of water, the above formulas may appear error, you need to correct size, so there will be a correction coefficient.
