Three-phase asynchronous motor manufacturers introduce three-phase asynchronous motor with aging trend with the increase of operating years, need to enhance the daily maintenance of the motor, three-phase asynchronous motor manufacturers to share with you how to enhance the daily inspection of the motor.
Check the voltage and current: First, check whether the three-phase asynchronous motor power supply can meet the requirements. When the voltage shake exceeds the rated value +10% and -5%, the power supply condition should be improved. Second, check the current balance under the condition of voltage balance. The condition, and can not be operated for a long time overload (that is, beyond the rated value); the third is to check whether the motor is activated and the maintenance equipment is in good condition; the fourth is to check whether the ratio of the no-load current to the rated current is normal.
Check the bearing: After monitoring the three-phase asynchronous motor, can there be abnormal noise, vibration measurement, bearing temperature measurement to check the bearing condition. Special attention should be paid when the line will reach the calculated bearing rating life; check the bearing temperature (the upper limit temperature of the rolling bearing is 90 °C). Bearing change: The new bearing is cleaned with gasoline or alcohol. The bearing can be heated to 120 °C by oven, induction heating, etc., and then placed in the bearing position of the shaft, and naturally cooled to room temperature.
Check the shaft seal and device: Check the condition of the shaft seal of the three-phase asynchronous motor, change the seal if necessary; check the condition of the joint and the device and the assembly bolt.
Check the wiring: First, the wiring method (triangle, star) is correct, and second, the three-phase asynchronous motor housing is properly and firmly grounded.
Three-phase asynchronous motor manufacturers
Doing a good check of the three-phase asynchronous motor has great benefits about the operating life of the motor. The three-phase asynchronous motor is an induction motor. After the stator is energized, the local magnetic flux passes through the short-circuit ring and generates an induced current therein. The three-phase winding consists of three independent windings, each of which is connected by a number of coils. Each winding is a phase, each winding differing in space by 120° electrical angle. The coil is wound by an insulated copper wire or an insulated aluminum wire. The medium and small three-phase motors are mostly round enameled wires. The stator coils of the large and medium-sized three-phase motors are wound with a large-section insulated flat copper wire or flat aluminum wire, and then embedded in the stator dead center groove according to a certain rule.
