A. Noise of main engine

There may be two reasons for buzzing during the operation of air-energy water heaters: improper installation of water heaters or problems with compressors.

 

1. There are four reasons for the low water temperature: insufficient refrigerant, excessive scale accumulation, poor installation location, and excessive dirt on evaporator fins.

 

1. Insufficient refrigerant: In order to complete heating of air-energy water heater, refrigerant must be used as intermediate medium to continuously absorb heat in the air. Therefore, the lack of refrigerant will lead to a decrease in the heating capacity of water heaters, which will lead to a drop in the temperature of hot water.

Solution: In this case, you can contact air energy after-sales personnel to supplement refrigerants.


2. Excessive accumulation of scales: excessive accumulation of scales in air-energy water heaters will occupy the space that should belong to hot water, resulting in less hot water. Because of the scale, the thermal conductivity of the water heater becomes worse, which affects the overall heating effect of the air energy water heater.

Solution: It is suggested that we contact technicians in time and regularly clean the air-energy heat pump equipment.

 

3. Installation location is not well chosen: Air energy water heater needs to absorb heat in the air to make heat. Therefore, the main engine of the air energy water heater should be installed in the position of good air circulation, which is more conducive to the heat absorption and heating of the air energy heat pump.

Solution: If the outlet water of the air energy water heater is not hot, we can consider installing the air energy exterior machine on the balcony, outdoor platform and other places, so as to obtain more appropriate temperature and air circulation, and ensure the efficient heating of the air.

 

4. Excessive fouling on the fins of evaporators: Air-energy water heaters need to contact the air through the fins of evaporators to absorb the heat energy in the air. In the long-term work process, dust, hair and other substances in the air may cover the fins, affecting the heating of air energy, thereby affecting the water temperature.
