B. Installation space environment
Air source heat pump should have good heating performance. When installing it, it must ensure good ventilation of the main engine, poor ventilation effect, difficult to guarantee the air intake of the equipment, air flow is easy to short circuit, and the heating capacity of the equipment will be significantly reduced. In serious cases, frequent frosting and defrosting of the equipment will occur, and the equipment will do reactive work.
C. It is very important to lay a good foundation
The foundation of the equipment must be firm and solid, and the installation of some main engines is uneven, which causes some difficulties for the discharge of condensate water. Once the condensate water is not discharged smoothly, in the cold climate, the receiving pan will inevitably freeze, and the long-term accumulation will block the fin air intake, resulting in the decline of the heating capacity of the equipment. In addition, vibration reduction measures should be taken between the main engine and the foundation at the bottom. Spring shock absorber brackets should be used for rigid pipes connecting the main engine to avoid transmission of vibration to the building structure by pipes.
D. Do a good job of rain and snow prevention and other measures
In the actual installation, we also need to consider the main equipment drainage, rain and snow, lightning protection, maintenance space and other issues. If these details are not taken into account, it will directly affect the heating effect and service life of the air source heat pump heating system. If the main engine is protected by a rain shelter or snow shield, care should be taken to ensure that the heat absorption and heat dissipation of the heat exchanger of the main engine are not hindered.
