Introduction Of The Use Of The Organic Waste Gas Treatment Plasma Tube And The Photolysis U-shaped L

UV-UV photolysis and plasma technology are two commonly used methods for the degradation of organic waste gas. By adopting the two methods, the organic components in the exhaust gas can be decomposed into harmless water and carbon dioxide, and secondary pollution is prevented. But these two methods of uv lamp tube still have their advantages and disadvantages.

UV photolysis is a dual-spectral characteristic that can emit 185 nm ultraviolet light and 254 nm ultraviolet light at the same time by using a special low-voltage ultraviolet lamp tube. The lamp tube emits 185 nm of ultraviolet light, which can trigger O2 (oxygen) in the air and convert to O3 (ozone). The ozone has strong oxidation capacity, and is fully mixed and contacted with the hydrocarbon (such as benzene, hydrocarbon, alcohol, lipid, etc.) in the exhaust gas, and the harmful pollutants can be directly oxidized and decomposed into water and carbon dioxide under the irradiation catalysis condition of 254 nm of ultraviolet light emitted by the lamp tube. It can be seen that the ultraviolet light tube emits 185 nm ultraviolet light.
