Customers come through Alibaba consulting. They need to transform their own factory buildings for experimental use, which needs to be transformed into two areas:
1. Biota and physicochemical zone
2. The physicochemical area (without roof and HVAC) has an American ceiling.
3. Biological area, the whole biological area needs HVAC, ceiling (floor height is 3M, room height is 2.3m),
The requirement is very simple, but because the layout plan provided by the customer involves a lot of rooms, so the construction and material allocation and calculation are the difficulties of this project. We spent a week to calculate the design and materials of all parts, and finally designed the optimal solution for the customer.
During the installation of the project, there were some working conditions that the customer described and the actual situation did not match. However, we have considered the redundant materials, and finally successfully completed the task. The customer was very satisfied and promised to continue cooperation if there are more projects in the future.
