Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA)

Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA), a non-profit organisation, has over 3,200 membership companies from 70 countries. It is also the most influential association in the industry.

History
In 1980, the first Private Label Trade Show was held in Chicago and its scale has grown to over 2,000 booths recently.
In 1986, World of Private Label Show was held in Amsterdam and this show has expanded to 3.500 booths.
In 2010, Private Label Manufacturers Association (PLMA) and Shanghai International Sourcing Promotion Center (ISPC) held the first Private Label Fair in Shanghai, China.
In 2011, the 2nd Shanghai Private Label Fair, attracted 151 manufacturers from 18 countries and 3188 visitors. It consists of 243 booths with 30% of which are overseas exhibitors.
