After all the other refrigerants, R32 becomes newest favor in the heat pumps manufacturing. Here are the reasons! Firstly, R32 has lower environmental impact. While having the ODP, which is the ozone depression potential, equals to zero, it has the global warming potential called GWP much lower than the common used refrigerants R22 and R410A. Secondly for safety, R32 is nontoxic and has the highest LFL compared to R32、R290、R161、R123 and 4YF. Moreover, R32 is higher in COP/EER than R410A. Therefore, R32 will be the future trend of refrigerant in heat pumps manufacturing.
