To solve the problem happen on LXGD 151-3X30 model

In June, 2017, our Germany client Marcus bought three samples from us for model JG030，151-3x30, HD-32, however, JG030 laser bore sight was detained
by Germany customs as related document is required to import, then I sent our FDA to him to assist in importing.
When guest received the samples and informed us the reticle of 151-3x30 optic sight can't keep illuminated all the time after turn on and will goes off after 20
seconds, then I immediately reported to our engineer and was told there is problem with circuit board, after received the supporting images and
videos from guest, we arranged the shipping for replaced item soon. Meanwhile guest bought one more item of BJ200 red dot sight and took to
local army to test, unfortunately our items didn't reach military standard, because our current products mostly apply for airsoft, pistol,
rifle and shotgun. However, higher quality or military used optics will be our pursuit.
Anyway, guest still appreciated our good service including prompt problem solving, honest management and continuous quality pursuit.

Acog 4x32 fiber optical sight

Mehmet is my second RFQ client on Alibaba, in June of 2017, he ordered several samples includes 4x32A, HD-32 and RMR optics and red dot sight,
among that, he had OEM requirement for 4x32, combine the appearance of our 4x32A with custom reticle as attached, as we are manufacture
of scopes and had long term reliable supplier for reticle, so it it easy work for us to reassemble the scope with the custom reticle, meanwhile,
guest required custom logo as well, then laser engraving logo was processed based on guest's requirement, which is free of charge as our exclusive service,

Our American client Douglas is my favorite client type as he is honest and reliable, like closed communication, what is same features with us.
In September, 2017, Douglas sent inquiry to us about HD-5+QD red dot sight with QD mount, he did not get back to me after I quoted, then next day
I ask him the scope for airsoft or firearms, he replied soon for firearms, so I recommended our new advanced red dot sight HD-27 & HD-26, water fog proof
with nitrogen fill, hold recoil from caliber .223/5.56 and .308/7.62, our guest happily chose HD-27 with mount and bought one sample to test. After and during
the month, I kept in touch with him and concerned about the test result, then in early November, Douglas told me
he will place new order soon, meanwhile he sent me one picture of riser as attached, however,
we are just manufacturer for scopes but not mount/riser, but I took Douglas as our valued potential guest, so I spent some time to contact our
reliable supplier of scope mount to check the riser, they do produce it but a little different with guest's ones, so our engineer suggest
guest to take our own ones as it is 3 slot,more fit for HD-27 red dot sight, guest accepted it but require specified size, however,
after asked the mount supplier again about the size and didn't get reply any more(maybe because of 10pcs small order),
but guest need the size and red dot sight urgently, in this case, I suggest guest to confirm order of red dot sight
first and arrange shipping immediately so that he can receive the goods as he expect, riser may be ordered next time and I will keep him informed of the size,
Douglas accepted it happily and received the goods as agreement, also left good commend on our nice laser engraved logo processing.
So we still keep good service includes: professional and timely suggestion to guest when he is confused and can't make decision; quick delivery
time/lead time; free of charge for laser engraving logo.

When I first contacted you, I asked about making a custom scope design, and you said you were capable. So I would like to investigate further.
I need a scope built inside a carbon fiber tube. It is a simple design, and the only adjustment needed is focus. I can supply the carbon fiber tubes to you.
15mm Outside diameter, I think the wall is about 1mm thick, so 13mm Inside. I will get you the exact dimension.
4.5x fixed power magnification, and I want the scope to be about 450mm long. I am targeting for a f:16 - f:20 design.
I am interested in having 2 reticles: one at the first focal plane,and another at the second focal plane.
Retilces will be rings. Primary reticle will have a 12MOA inside diameter. Second reticle will also be a ring with an ID that matches the OD of the first reticle,
so you can always position your eye in the correct spot when the two reticles are aligned.
Parallax will be set for 270meters.

do you mean you support the tube housing for bulk prodcution or sample ? the tube will be 15mm.

the 4.5x power is not possible to achieve, the max power is 2.5x.
for target at 16-20 feets,the 2.5x is enough ,isn't it? and the tube no need to such long? how about 20mm?
