Permanent magnet motor, a type of electric motor that uses permanent magnets rather than winding in the field, is used in the elevator, oilfield, coal washing plant, progressing cavity pump and so on.
Usage Of Permanent Magnet DC Geared Motors:
1. Low-speed, high-torque models should adopt a current limiting protection method to prevent damage to the gear reducer due to stalling;
2. When the permanent magnet motor is reversed instantaneously, it will generate a large current, which will affect the life of the pm motor. When frequent commutations, the motor should be switched when the permanent magnet motor is completely stopped.
3. If it is difficult to avoid stalling during use, please inform the company in advance and take necessary measures in accordance with it;
4. When using the remote control to control the interference signal of the motor, a 0.1uF (63V) capacitor can be welded between the positive and negative electrodes during installation, and the negative electrode is grounded;
5. The low stalling torque of the permanent magnet DC motor is 5-6 times the rated torque. It should be avoided as much as possible during installation, commissioning and use.
Selection Of Permanent Magnet DC Geared Motors:
1. The selected motor should be tested on the prototype before being used in batches to confirm whether the rated speed, rated torque, voltage, and current meet the conditions. If the selection is reasonable, it can be used. If the deviation is large, change the type, otherwise the service life and quality cannot be guaranteed;
2. Reasonable selection of the basic conditions of the gear reduction motor is the three indicators of rated voltage, rated speed and rated torque;
3. The highest efficiency point in the performance index introduced in the parameter table of each model refers to the rated speed and rated torque for reference selection. The rated operating point of the gear reduction motor is an important basis for the motor design. The highest working efficiency and the most stable performance;
4. Under the conditions of large deceleration and low speed, refer to the maximum allowable load and speed in the performance parameter table. Running under the conditions of the maximum allowable load and speed will reduce the service life of the reducer or directly damage the gear reducer.
Installation Of Permanent Magnet DC Geared Motors:
1. The fittings installed on the output shaft of the gear reducer must not be struck down hard, so as not to move up and down too much. Control the length of the mounting screws when installing the round gearbox. Screwing too long will cause the structure inside the box to die component;
2. Do not rotate the reducer directly at the output end, it may cause damage to the internal gear;
3. Power on and test before installation to confirm whether the performance meets the requirements before installation. Do not disassemble the reducer by yourself to avoid affecting the noise and quality;
4. The lead wire is not enough to pull forcefully, and the terminal should not be impacted or bent over, otherwise, it will cause poor internal conduction;
5. The end of the motor welding wire should be completed before the machine. The welding wire should use a suitable electric soldering iron and solder. The operation should be skilled, fast and accurate. It is generally recommended to use a 40W soldering iron. second. Excessive welding time will cause de-soldering inside the motor, resulting in poor current supply.
