(1) The ACM panels shall be stored or installed in a dry and ventilated place in a proper way to avoid ponding and the ambient temperature shall not be higher than 70℃. Avoid installation in an abnormal environment, such as smoke and dust, windy sand, radiation, harmful gas, and chemical environment.
(2) ACP cladding materials shall be placed horizontally during transportation or storage. When carrying, the four sides of the panel must be lifted at the same time. Do not drag one side to avoid scratching the board surface.
(3) When slotting with a slotting machine or gong machine, round head or > 90° should be used. In order to increase the strength and toughness of the V-shaped flat saw blade or milling cutter, the 0.2-0.3mm thick plastic core plate together with the panel shall be reserved for grooving, so as to prevent the hydrogenation of the aluminum blade. If the corner is too sharp or the aluminum panel is damaged by cutting or the plastic left is too thick, the aluminum plate will break or the paint film will burst when bending.
(4) When bending the edge, it is necessary to use even force, forming once, do not bend repeatedly, otherwise, the aluminum panel will be broken.
(5) In order to maintain the flatness of the aluminum composite material panels and enhance its wind resistance, the ACM panel needs to be lined with a framework after bending and pasted with glue and plate.

(6) When it is used for arc surface decoration, the bending equipment shall be used to bend the aluminum composite materials, and the force shall be slowly applied to make the plate gradually reach the required curved surface. Do not put it in place in one step. The bending radius shall be greater than 30cm.
(7) Install the ACM panel on the same plane according to the same process direction. Otherwise, it may cause a color difference of view angle.
(8) The protective film shall be removed within 45 days after the installation of the aluminum composite material panels, otherwise, the protective film will age due to long-term exposure in the sun, and the phenomenon of glue leakage may occur when the film is torn.
(9) The inner wall panel shall be used indoors rather than outdoors to ensure its service life.
(10) If the board surface is polluted during construction or use, it can be cleaned gently with neutral detergent or alcohol. It is forbidden to use strong acid and strong alkaline detergent for cleaning.
