We are the premier aluminum experts! If you have a design that needs to be made using Aluminum, Tuowei Prototype is your answer! Since 2002, Tuowei Prototype excels in providing high precision machining aluminum prototype. Our capabilities and services are a well known in the industry, as we have made many parts for clients worldwide.
With all of our machining experience, aluminum machining, Tuowei Prototype can provide the best products in short turnaround times. Apps we use include: Pro-E, Solidworks, Unigraphics, and Master CAM software to program and machine aluminum parts at high speeds. By combining the technologies along with our 3 axis and 5 axis CNC machines, we are able to produce precision machined aluminum parts at speeds.
We work with all grades of Aluminum. However most of our clients typically request (5000 series, 6000 series, and 7000 series). Tuowei Prototype has the in-house capability to make parts for: industrial, medical, sports equipment, automotive, marine, and aerospace projects. Our machine size allows us to provide options for both (small batch and large batch) production runs. Tuowei Prototype has the experienced staff and offers full service CNC aluminum machining.
Tuowei Prototype also offers post -production surface finishing for aluminum parts. In addition to machining the parts to have a beautiful machine finish that shows the elegant reflective tool path cut pattern, we also offer a selection of surface finishing processes:
· Anodizing
· Hard Anodizing
· Conductive Anodizing
· Laser Etching
· Chrome Plating
· Powder Coating
· 2K Polyurethane Painting
· 2K Polyethylene Painting
· 2K (High Temperature) Epoxy Painting
· UV Painting
About our aluminum prototypes and mass production products:
Our aluminum products are made from the only highest quality aluminum on the market. The Aluminum and its alloys are today considered one of the most practical of metals for a variety of reasons. Its low cost, light-weight, and modern appearance are among the primary reasons for its widespread use. It is non-sparking, electrically conductive, thermally conductive, non-magnetic, reflective, and chemically resistant. It is popular in the construction, marine and aircraft industries because of its ease of fabrication, non-toxicity, strength (pound-for pound), and resistance to the corrosive atmospheres of industrial environments and marine environments. Aluminum has many benefits over other materials, including a high strength to weight ratio, corrosion resistance, formability, and price. Alloy 6061, 7075, and 2024 are engineered to be lightweight and strong, and their ease of formability allows complex shapes and drawn parts, which can then be further enhanced with heat treating.
