A: We need source or order the material for the sample and settle the printing and embroidery, take time to design according to your artwork. Most importantly sample charge would be REFUNDABLE.
Once you pay the sample charge, it means we have contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you are satisfied with sample.
