The material is carbon steel, the process is square tube/pipe cutting, CNC machining, deburring, MIG welding, polishing, sand blasted, black powder coating, The frame is for 12 inch electric kids’ bicycle and it consists of top frame section, foot rest mount, lower frame section, seat post tube, head tube, rear fork, cable holder, and brake bracket.
Our engineering team spent two weeks in R&D, the frame is exported to Australia, and the regular order quantity is 200pcs per month.
