(1) Curtain wall engineering shall follow the principles of safety, reliability, practicality, aesthetics, economy, and rationality; curtain wall engineering materials, design, production, installation and construction, and project quality acceptance shall comply with the industry standard JGJ 133-200k technical code for metal and stone curtain wall engineering, which shall be incorporated into the 03J103-5 aluminum composite material panel (frame) curtain wall and national standard GB50210 ~ 2001 code for acceptance of building decoration engineering quality and other relevant regulations.
(2) The curtain wall and its connecting parts shall have sufficient bearing capacity, rigidity and displacement capacity relative to the main structure. The connecting metal corner code of curtain wall frame column and other connecting parts shall be connected by bolts, and anti loosening measures shall be taken.
(3) Curtain walls with fire performance shall comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard code for fire protection design of buildings (GBJ16) and code for fire protection design of high rise buildings (GB50045).
(4) The quantity, specification, location and anti-corrosion treatment of various embedded parts connecting the main structure and curtain wall must meet the design requirements.
(5) The wall thickness of the aluminum alloy profile at the connection of the unit curtain wall and the suspension shall be determined by calculation and shall be > 5mm.
(6) The metal frame of the curtain wall and the main structure shall be connected by embedded parts. The embedded parts shall be embedded during the concrete construction of the main structure. When there is no condition to use embedded parts for connection, other reliable connection measures shall be adopted, and the bearing capacity shall be determined through the test.

(7) The column shall be connected with corner code by bolts, and the bolt diameter shall be calculated and shall be > 10 mm. Insulation gasket shall be used to separate different metal materials in contact.
(8) The seismic joint, expansion joint, settlement joint and other parts of the curtain wall shall be treated to ensure the use function of the joint and the integrity of the facing. The design of curtain wall works shall meet the requirements of maintenance and cleaning.
(9) The main materials of curtain wall engineering are skeleton materials, plates and sealing, and joint filling materials. The selected engineering materials shall meet the requirements of national or unemployment standards. The factory certificate shall be provided. The physical and mechanical properties and weather resistance of the materials shall meet the design requirements. The performance of the aluminum watch plate shall meet the technical requirements of the external wall plate specified in the national standard GB / T17748 < aluminum composite material plate, in which the thickness of the upper and lower layers of ACM panels is 0.5mm; the content of fluorocarbon resin used for the surface coating is 1 > 75%; the film thickness is 225m; the 180° peel strength is more than 7.0n/mm, which is particularly important.
(10) The sealing sealant shall be a neutral silicone weather-resistant sealant. Test report on the compatibility of sealant application with materials in contact. The curtain wall performance shall meet the design requirements of wind pressure deformation performance, air permeability, rainwater leakage performance, etc.
