What is the difference between air source heat pump and air conditioning?
Why the air source heat pump gradually become the a trend of clean heating mode?
2.The difference of heating mode
Air source heat pump: itself is a hot water supply equipment. Is supplies heating, and with other heating terminals to achieve heating, such as heating panels, fan coil units, air-energy floor heater, heating pipes and so on. According to different residential options for different heating modes.
Air conditioner: Whether vertical or wall-mounted air conditioner, it can only active hot air outlet to achieve heating.
3.Difference of component
Air source heat pump: special compressor for heat pump, anti-freezing high efficiency tube-in-shell condenser, outdoor fin heat exchanger with hydrophilic film, high pressure system protection and control.
Air conditioner: Compressor, fin condenser or plate condenser, outdoor fin heat exchanger without hydrophilic fiml.
Among these components, compressorr is the biggest difference between air source heat pump and air conditioner. Because different compressor determine the use effect of products and different areas of use.
These parameters are different, which requires the compressor with machining accuracy, bearing strength, temp resistance of motor and so on. Compared with air conditioner has an order of magnitude of improvement.
4.Differential heat transfer mechanism
Air source heat pump: Although heat transfer is achieved through refrigerant, in the final heat transfer stage, heat pump uses water to heat transfer, and air conditioning always uses refrigerant as medium.
One is the water cycle, the other is the fluorine cycle. In the water cycle, even if the heat pump shuts down, the water flow will stay in the indoor pipeline and continuously emit temperature. This is equivalent to adding a heat buffer process. And if the fan coil unit or air energy floor heater is used as the end, the hot air comes from the hot water at the end, so the overall humidity is more in line with human physiological habits.
Air-conditioning: Air-conditioning uses fluorine cycle to achieve heat transfer. The air outlet of the air conditioning exhausts a large number of hot air. The purpose of heating is indeed achieved, but this intense active thermal convection scheme will greatly increase the water evaporation on the skin surface of the human body, resulting in dry air and poor comfort.
