In the morning, before start our one-day work, we would arrange a 30 minutes - 1 hour morning meeting. That’s one of our Super Time Cultures.
Foreign Sales Team 1: This is the first team in Foreign Sales Department, it is a small team, but they are always energetic, no matter for their work, or their life. They start their meeting with an exclamatory slogan, “ To be reliable supplier”. They want all of their customers think they are reliable, and the truth is we would offer the best quality watches to you for your trust. Then, they would share their working, their life, or any others in English. They need to practise oral English to offer the best services to the customers all over the world. In the end, with a slogan “Try our best, do our best” , it means the morning meeting is over.
Domestic Market Department: They would play some funny games in morning meeting. That is a good way to promote group atmosphere. That is why we always work as a team, not personal.
Purchasing Department: They would talk about the work of purchasing. The quality of materials is the quality of our watches. They really pay attention to this job.
R&D Department: As a watch manufacturer with 27 years experiences, we specilized in OEM & ODM services. So, R&D team is really important. They would discuss how to design the fashion, popular watches in morning meeting. Thanks to them, our watches are well received by customers.
Morning meeting is one of our company cultures.
