If you want the system run more stable in winter, or even make the service life of the system longer, it’s best to do a “general examination” of the whole system before use. So, which parts should be checked specifically? Let’s go ahead.
Check these 7 items before starting the machine
A. Check each voltage if they are all balanced.
If the voltage is too high or too low, the compressor will not start because the compressor hes start protection. The voltage unbalance between phase shall be less than 2%, and the voltage shall be about 360-420V.
B. Check the unit voltage and electrical system wiring if firm or not
It is mainly determine whether there is any problem in the circuit, whether there is abnormal action of the electrical components, whether the leakage protector can operate effectively, etc. If there is any abnormality, it shall be repaired and replaced in time.
If the power supply is normal and the wiring in the circuit is wrong, some parts of the system will not respond, such as the water pump does not turn on, the wire controller and the operator do not light up, etc.
C. Check whether the safety protection device of the unit is dissembled or adjusted
All the safety protection devices in the main engine are set before delivery, but sometimes the customer will adjust themselves due to some circumstances. For example, the system water pump is small, but it has been installed. Party A does not want to replace it, so the water flow switch is short circuited. In this way, if the time is long, it is easy to have high-voltage protection of the host heat pump unit.
