Strength embodiment! Nulite Energy won the bid for the new construction and renovation project of the tobacco drying barn in Dengzhou, Henan

Recently, the Chinese government bidding website announced the 2020 Dengzhou coal-to-electric baking barn construction and renovation project.

my country’s well-known brand of air energy-Nulite has successfully won the bid and will build 5 new bakeries in Jiulong Town and the renovation of

Pengqiao Town. There are 5 barns for drying tobacco leaves.

my country is the country with the largest flue-cured tobacco production in the world, with approximately 15 million mu of flue-cured tobacco planted annually

and 1.2 million intensive curing barns. But in the past, because of backward technology and operating costs, my country generally used coal-fired roasting rooms.

Although coal-fired drying is low in cost, it has many disadvantages, such as fire, explosion, poisoning and other hidden fire hazards, possible secondary pollution

to tobacco, troublesome processing, and high labor intensity. The most important thing is that the emissions are emitted when coal is burned.

A large amount of exhaust gas and waste residue will pollute the environment.

In order to protect the atmospheric environment and put an end to coal-fired boilers, the Office of the Leading Group for Pollution Prevention and Control in Henan Province

this year issued the "Notice of the Three-Year Action Plan for the Replacement of Coal by Electricity in Tobacco Barns in the Province". According to the notice,

Henan Tobacco Company will complete the transformation of 27,903 flue-cured tobacco contiguous coal-fired curing barns to replace coal in three years starting in 2020,

of which 40% of the transformation will be completed in 2020, and 1,000 new electrical curing barns will be built. .

The so-called electric baking barn is not a simple electric dryer, instead of a traditional coal-fired dryer. Although the electric dryer is clean, environmentally friendly and safe,

it consumes a lot of energy and is not conducive to promotion. But air energy dryers are different. Air energy dryers use electricity instead of burning electricity.

Electricity is only the energy used to run the dryer. The real heating energy is free heat in the air, which consumes energy during work. It is only 25% of the ordinary electric dryer

and 50% of the gas drying, which is very energy-efficient.

The winning bidder Nulite is a recognized technology-based enterprise in the heat pump industry, and the dryer produced has many advantages. First of all,

the degree of intelligence is very high. There are multiple sets of flue-curing processes built in. When users use them, as long as they choose different processes according to

the tobacco leaf conditions, the dryer will automatically work; secondly, the drying process is closed cycle, no dust or exhaust gas emissions , Safe and sanitary,

and will not cause secondary pollution to tobacco; fully meet the hygiene requirements of tobacco; finally, the temperature and humidity of the dryer are controlled accurately,

the air is stable, the effective ingredients of the tobacco will not be lost, and the quality of the cured tobacco is good and high-level , Sell well.

Regarding the winning bid for the Dengzhou curing barn project, the relevant person in charge of New Love stated that New Love has long established technical reserves in the drying field.

The second bid is just another embodiment of Niu Ai's technical strength. In the future, Nulite will continue to strive for excellence in drying equipment and solutions,

develop more and better drying equipment, and contribute more to the development of national environmental protection and new agricultural work.
