(1) First remove the external wiring of the motor and make a mark. For example, for asynchronous motors, the marks corresponding to the three-phase power lines should be made. For DC motors, parallel windings and armature windings should be made separately. Markings for external wiring. Then loosen the foot screws to separate the motor from the transmission machinery.

(2) Use the tools shown to remove the pulley or coupling on the motor shaft. Sometimes it is necessary to add some kerosene in the gap between the motor shafts of the pulleys to make it penetrate and lubricate for easy removal. Some shafts and wheels are tightly matched, and the wheels need to be quickly heated (while the shaft is covered with a wet cloth) to remove the wheels.

(3) For motors equipped with rolling bearings, remove the bearing outer cover first, then loosen the fastening screws of the end cover, and mark the joints between the end cover and the housing of the frame (the The markings should not be the same), screw the removed fastening cap screws into the two screw holes specially provided on the motor end cap, and push the end cap out. For a motor without such a screw hole, the joint between the end cover and the base can only be beaten with a hoe (also known as a flat shovel) and a hammer to remove the end cover from the base. If the end cover is heavy, lift it with lifting equipment and gradually remove it.

(4) When disassembling a motor with a brush, the brush should be taken out of the brush holder. For DC motors, the position of the neutral line of the brush should be marked.

(5) When pulling out the rotor, you must be careful not to damage the stator coil. If the rotor is not heavy, you can pull it out by hand; if the rotor is heavy, you should lift it with lifting equipment. Show. First, wrap the rotor shaft at both ends with a wire rope to lift the rotor with a lifting device, and slowly remove it, taking care to prevent damage to the coil. Then put a steel pipe on one end of the shaft. In order not to scratch the journal of the steel pipe, the steel pipe can be lined with a thick cardboard and the rotor is gradually moved out. When the center of gravity of the rotor has moved outside the stator, Put a bracket under it, put the wire rope in the middle of the rotor, and then pull out the rotor completely.
