air source heat pump units

G. What are the advantages of heat pump products vs boilers?

1) Thermal efficiency: The annual average thermal efficiency of products is over 300%, while the thermal efficiency of boilers will not exceed 100%.

2) Low operating costs: Compared with oil-fired and gas-fired boilers, the annual average energy savings of 70% plus lower electricity prices and higher fuel prices, the advantages of low operating costs are becoming increasingly prominent.

3) Environmental protection: Heat pump products do not have any combustion emissions. The refrigerant R417a is selected as environmental protection refrigerant, which has zero ozone layer pollution and is a good environmental protection product.

4) Safe operation without duty: Compared with fuel boilers, the operation is absolutely safe, fully automated control, without personnel on duty, which can save personnel costs. Modular installation, easy to add equipment: the product uses a multi-unit parallel installation mode, when the user’s water consumption increases, it can add equipment at any time, bringing great convenience to users.

H. Compared with conventional solar energy, what are the advantages of air source heat pump units?

At present, solar water heaters are popular in the domestic hot water market with their avant-garde concepts and free energy gimmicks. But solar water heater in the actual use process, it is impossible to achieve completely free. Because the solar water heater can not work in rainy days and at night, it needs to install electrical auxiliary devices. With the increasing number of hazy weather in cities, most of the time the solar water heater uses electricity to work, resulting in a great waste of energy. The advantages of heat pump are obvious, mainly in four aspects:

1) In terms of operation cost, conventional solar energy operates at almost zero cost under direct sunshine. Unfortunately, it can only rely on auxiliary systems in rainy and snowy days or nights. Statistics show that the annual energy consumption of conventional solar auxiliary systems is higher than that of heat pump units in normal use.

2)  From the aspect of investment: if the same water supply effect is achieved, the investment of heat pump water heater unit is less than that of conventional solar energy products, and economic electric energy can be used to make hot water reserve when the power consumption is low.

3)  From the aspect of use: Conventional solar energy products are obviously affected by the weather, and can not work in cloudy, rainy, snowy and night, while heat pump water heater units can work as usual regardless of cloudy, rainy, snowy, night or sunshine, providing hot water all day.

4)  Other functions: heat pump units can be placed anywhere without restriction, and occupy very small space, while conventional solar energy needs to occupy a lot of space to achieve the same heating effect, and must be placed in the open air; heat pump units can produce cold air while making hot water, which can be used for auxiliary functions such as dehumidification, cooling and air filtration.
