Aluminum Veneer
High quality aluminum alloy panel is used as the base material, and advanced numerical control bending technology is used to ensure that the plate can be flat and deformation free after processing, and has superior external force resistance performance in the installation process. PVDF coating is used for the surface coating to ensure even surface brightness, long-term color fastness, non pulverization and long service life. Aluminum veneer also has excellent properties such as cold and heat resistance, oxidation resistance, UV radiation resistance and corrosion resistance. It is the most commonly used curtain wall building material in China.
Aluminum Composite Panel
Aluminum plastic composite board was invented by Germany in the late 1960s and early 1970s. It is a composite material processed on the special aluminum plastic board production equipment, using coated aluminum plate as the surface material and polyethylene plastic as the core material. Due to the characteristics of the material, it has the optional color diversity, convenient construction, easy processing and other excellent characteristics. The low cost makes it get people's favor quickly after being introduced into China.
Aluminum Honeycomb Panel
The panel is mainly made of aluminum alloy plate or high manganese alloy aluminum plate. It adopts hot pressing technology and sliding mounting buckle system to ensure that it will not cause structural deformation during hot shrinkage and cold expansion. The surface of the panel with color resistant varnish has good performance in scratch resistance, acid resistance and corrosion resistance. As aluminum honeycomb material has excellent performance of high wind pressure resistance, shock absorption, sound insulation, heat preservation, etc., the curtain wall material made by it has the advantages of light weight, high strength, high rigidity, etc. It is also widely used in the exterior wall decoration of high-rise buildings in China.
The following conclusions can be drawn from the comparison of the three aspects:
1、 In appearance, simply speaking, the single aluminum plate is a layer of aluminum plate, the aluminum plastic composite plate is two layers of aluminum plate sandwiched with PVC, and the aluminum honeycomb is two layers of aluminum plate sandwiched with honeycomb shaped aluminum sheet.
2、 In terms of cost, it can be seen from the material that the manufacturing cost of aluminum honeycomb plate is the most expensive, followed by aluminum single plate, and finally aluminum plastic composite plate. However, due to the different processing requirements of aluminum plastic composite plate, its cost has changed to some extent. Aluminum honeycomb plate and aluminum plastic composite plate need to be processed later to use, and the production process will produce waste, resulting in increased costs.
3、 In terms of performance, it can be analyzed from three aspects: wind pressure resistance, processing diversity, service life and so on.
(1) Wind resistance performance: the aluminum honeycomb plate is more stable because its core layer is distributed and fixed in the whole plate surface, so its wind resistance performance is much better than that of aluminum single plate and aluminum plastic composite plate.
(2) Processing diversity: because the construction process of aluminum sheet and aluminum-plastic composite plate is basically the same, but the aluminum-plastic composite plate has a large degree of processing freedom. Aluminum sheet and aluminum honeycomb plate are formed by the manufacturer and are related to the accuracy of the equipment. Therefore, in terms of processing shape diversity, aluminum-plastic composite plate is the best, followed by aluminum honeycomb plate, and finally aluminum single plate.
(3) Service life: due to the great difference between the material and processing technology of the surface coating, PVDF fluorocarbon coating is used for the aluminum veneer coating, which makes its service life excellent. Compared with fluorocarbon resin coating, the service life of the aluminum plastic composite plate is far less than that of the aluminum veneer, which is easy to aging and corrosion; and the processing technology of fluorocarbon roll coating aluminum plate for the aluminum honeycomb plate is also a guarantee The service life is strengthened to a certain extent, basically the same as the service life of aluminum veneer. However, compared with the cost, aluminum veneer is obviously more affordable.
