Chinese LED manufacturers Nationstar, Opple Lighting and Ocean King all unveiled their latest earnings for first half of 2016.
Nationstar announced its revenue for first half of 2016 was up 16.36% to RMB 1.05 billion, operation costs also rose 17.53% to RMB 831.59 million.
The company’s gross margin downed 0.79% compared to the same period in 2015 to 21.15%. Consolidated gross margin also fell due to sliding LED product sales, and the company’s top three expenditures rose 25.57% to RMB 133.87 million, due to R&D investments and consolidated revenues from its acquired subsidiary.
Opple Lighting’s net profits in first half of 2016 increased 33.58% to RMB 183 million
Opple Lighting announced the results from its first IPO and posted its revenue results for the first six months of 2016, where its revenue was up 22.65% to reach RMB 2.23 billion. Compared to the same period last year, the company’s net profits for first six months of 2016 increased 33.58% to RMB 183.80 million.
The company’s strong growth was from continual revenue growth among existing products, launch of new products, and reduced costs from optimizing production that led to increased gross margins.
Ocean King Lighting net profit soars 110.09% in first half of 2016
In Ocean King Technology’s latest financial report for 2016, the company’s revenue downed 3.01% to RMB 333 million.
The company posted net profits rose 110.09% to RMB 1.57 million, but recorded negative cash flow climbed up 14.64% to RMB 42.74 million.
