C. Find after-sales service in case of heat pump failure
When air source heat pump unit is running, it is inevitable that there will be failures. At this time, users should not try to repair by themselves, and so not randomly move the unit to avoid secondary failure of the heat pump unit. The correct way is to contact the manufacturer’s after-sales service for repair and tell the other party the fault code on the control panel, and then the after-sales personnel will identify the problem according to the fault code.
D. Clear defrosting water in time
Air source heat pump has a lot of heat and cold changes in the heating process, so there will undoubtedly be a large number of defrosted water emissions. We all know the reason why water flows to the lower place. If we neglect the discharge of defrosting water, then the defrosting water will flow to the ground through the pipeline.
If the temperature is lower than zero, the defrosting water is easy to form ice, which may freeze the drain pipe, then climb up along the drain pipe, and finally cause the equipment to fail to operate normally. Therefore, the pipeline position of defrosting water must be reasonably designed, and the defrosting water must be cleaned irregularly.
E. Do not pile up sundries around the main engine
Air source heat pump heating is to absorb the heat in the air, after vaporization of the evaporator, it is compressed into high-pressure gas through the compressor, and then enters the condenser for liquefaction, and transmits the absorbed heat to the heated water. In this way, it continuously absorbs the heat from the low-temperature source and outputs the heated water, directly reaching the predetermined temperature. If there are sundries around the main engine and the distance is relatively close, it will definitely affect the heat exchange effect. Generally speaking, there is a distance of at least 80 cm around the main engine.
If the ventilation of the installation position is not good, it will affect the heating effect of the machine, so pay attention to more cleaning; this is because the main fan blows out the cold air, if there is debris blocking in front, it will affect the emission of the cold air, which will lead to the lack of heat in the air and affect the heat exchange effect. Therefore, the front of the fan should not be blocked within 2 meters, and it is possible to send the cold air back to the host if it is too close.
Finally, the attachment on the evaporator should be cleaned in time. The main engine will suck some leaves or other sundries onto the evaporator during heat exchange. In addition, the haze in Beijing is quite serious, and the content of dust and other pollutants in the air is relatively high, which will also pollute the evaporator surface. If not cleaned in time, it will affect the heat absorption effect of the evaporator.
