1. Read the instructions carefully
If the heat pump unit is installed by the manufacturer, it is better to consult how to use the control panel when installing, and read the instructions carefully. There are many buttons on the control panel of the main engine, some of them are adjusting the water temperature, some of them are timing, if the setting error may affect the normal operation of the main engine. For example, if the heating mode is scheduled, the host will not start at other times.
Users in the setting, it is best not to pursue "hot" and the temperature is very high, because the high temperature at the same time the unit will work longer, but also more power consumption, room temperature set to 18 C and 25 C, operating costs may double, so set the appropriate room temperature can be. Room ventilation also try to choose in the daytime when the outdoor temperature is high for ventilation.
2. Heat pump units should not be cut off frequently
Air-energy heat pump is different from traditional household appliances such as TV sets and air conditioners in that it can't be cut off frequently. The reason is that air-energy heat pump heating is based on water as an intermediate medium for heat transfer. If the weather temperature is relatively low, once we shut down the air-energy heat pump when we go out, it may lead to a sharp drop in the temperature of a large number of water flow in the pipeline. If the temperature is too low, it is possible to freeze the equipment, resulting in equipment failure.
If there is no one at home for a few days, the correct way is to minimize the set temperature of the air-energy heat pump unit. In this way, a small amount of hot water in the heat pump pipeline can be ensured to circulate back and forth without freezing. And because the temperature is very low, the energy consumption of heat pump is also very small, so it will not waste too much electricity. If the air-energy heat pump must be shut down if it is not used for a long time, it is recommended that the water in the heat pump pipeline be discharged cleanly.
