4. Clean up defrosting water in time

 

Air to water heat pump has a lot of changes in heat and cold when heating, so in the process of heating, there will undoubtedly be a lot of defrosting water discharge. Everyone knows that water flows low, if there is a slight negligence in the discharge of defrosting water. Then defrosting water drains out through pipes and flows to the ground.

 

If the temperature is below zero, defrosting water tends to form ice, which may freeze the drainage pipe and then climb up along the drainage pipe, eventually leading to the failure of the normal operation of the equipment. Therefore, the pipeline location of defrosting water must be reasonably designed and defrosting water must not be cleaned regularly.

 

5. Don't accumulate debris around the mainframe

 

Air source heat pump (ASHP) heating is to absorb the heat in the air, then vaporize through the evaporator, compress it into high-pressure gas through the compressor, then enter the condenser for liquefaction, transfer the heat absorbed to the heated water, so that it can continuously absorb the heat of the low-temperature source and output the heated water, directly reaching the predetermined temperature. If there is a pile of debris around the main engine, and the distance is relatively close, it will certainly affect the heat transfer effect. Generally speaking, there is a distance of at least 80 centimeters around the main engine.

 

If the ventilation of the installation site is not good, it will affect the heating effect of the machine, so we should pay more attention to cleaning; this is because the main fan blows out the cold air, if there are debris in front of it, it will affect the exhaust of the cold air, which will lead to insufficient heat in the air and affect the heat transfer effect. Therefore, the fan front is best not to have obstruction within 2 meters, too close may also send the cold air back to the main engine.

 

Finally, the attachment on the evaporator should be cleared in time. The main engine will suck some leaves or other sundries onto the evaporator when it is heat exchanged. In addition, Beijing haze is more serious, and the content of dust and other pollutants in the air is more. It will also pollute the surface of the evaporator. If it is not cleaned up in time, it will affect the effect of the evaporator to absorb heat.
