8. Avoid random disturbance of (heat pump)control panel function keys
There are many buttons on the control panel of the main engine, some of them are adjusting the water temperature, and some are timing. If the user is disturbed, it will probably affect the normal operation of the main engine. For example, if the timing key is pressed, the host may not start when it needs to work.
When installing, the installer will set the water temperature and so on, and tell the user which keys can be moved and which keys should not be randomly moved. Usually, users just need to adjust the temperature of the effluent. When the indoor temperature is not enough, they can raise the temperature of the effluent a little. If the indoor temperature is too hot, they can lower the temperature of the water.
When the machine is stopped for a long time, it should be sealed and maintained. The water in the pump and the whole water pipeline should be drained to prevent frost cracking of the pump and water pipeline. Water should be released from the lowest drainage outlet of the pump and casing heat exchanger. If the unit undergoes a prolonged shutdown, the following preparations should be made when starting again: thorough inspection and cleaning of the unit; cleaning of the water pipeline system; checking of pumps, regulating valves and other equipment of the water pipeline system; and checking whether all wire connections are tight.
The most important point is: if you want to start the first time in cold winter, please turn on electricity and preheat more than 12 hours ahead of time. During preheating, do not add water to the system. After preheating, let the pump heat up first, then turn on the pump to make up water.
If there are parts damaged on the unit that need to be replaced, it is necessary to contact the corresponding manufacturers of the unit for purchase. The original parts of the company should be used, and no different parts should be replaced casually. As the saying goes, original fittings are the best. If you change other different types of fittings, it may cause incompatibility between the unit and the fittings, or even burn down.
