After receiving the customer's task, the R & D design team will fully communicate with the customer, understand the product heating core specification, heat dissipation power, working environment and other detailed data in detail, and give a solution to highlight the cost performance in combination with customer demand.
The second step: design, simulation.
According to customer needs, the R & D team designs the water cooling and cooling scheme, and determines the details with the customer. Engineers shall simulate the structural design of products (mainly cold heads), and thermal simulation shall confirm the material, surface treatment and manufacturing process of products, ensure the installation, maintenance, universality and environmental protection requirements of products, and formulate relevant inspection standards and specifications.
Part 3: proofing, production testing.
After the cold head design passed, proofing production. The overall scheme, into the test phase. The test process is closely communicated with customers, and adjusted and modified according to the actual situation until the requirements of customers are met.
The fourth step: installation, acceptance.
After the test is passed, it will be delivered to the customer and installed and debugged by our technical personnel. Customer acceptance.
Step 5: after sales service.
Provide technical guidance and maintenance. Establish customer database, deal with all kinds of unexpected problems in time, and relieve customers' worries.
