Call or email us, and we can get started. We will first need to collect the prototype fee from you; checks, credit cards, or PO’s are fine. We will then need to schedule our initial design conference call, where we will ask you questions on how you would like your custom plush to look and feel. Based on your feedback, we will create a prototype that we will first email photos to you for initial feedback, and then mail the physical sample to you for any more revisions needed.
