6. Automatic exhaust valve shall be installed at the highest part of the system
In the case that the location of the water tank of the home mounted dual water supply system is not easy to determine, we need to determine it according to the site conditions. If it can be installed at the highest level, it is better. But in some cases, it can only be installed on the ground or lower, so the problem of exhaust should be considered in the system. If the water tank is installed higher than the system pipeline, an automatic exhaust valve can be installed on the top of the water tank, because both the fan coil and the floor heating have manual exhaust valve.
If the position of the water tank is lower than that of the system pipeline, in addition to the automatic exhaust valve which must be installed in the buffer water tank, the automatic exhaust valve must also be installed at the highest part of the water inlet and return pipelines of the system, otherwise, if the pipeline enters into the air, the light one will increase the impact of the water resistance, and in serious cases, it will lead to the air blockage of the water pipeline and the circulation is blocked.
7. The main pipeline of the system must be straight
The main pipe of the whole system must be straight, and it is best to go up a little along the water flow direction, that is to say, the water inlet pipe is slightly raised, and the water return pipe is slightly lowered, so as to facilitate the air discharge in the pipe. Moreover, the main pipe must not be U-shaped, which will form an air plug, that is, the use of soft connection is not good.
Water system air conditioner, outdoor unit(heat pump hot water heater) is generally called cold and hot water unit, indoor unit is generally called fan coil unit, outdoor unit and indoor unit are connected by water supply pipe. Air conditioning cold / hot water is provided by the outdoor main unit(air source water heater), which is delivered to the room by the water supply pipe system. Water and air exchange heat at the end of the room to adjust the temperature.
